Epic Oyster Revival

Native oyster reefs have been largely destroyed, declining to about 15% worldwide. In Europe it is the most threatened marine habitat, being almost extinct. But native oyster reefs are critical to the functioning of the ocean. They filter and clean water, provide habitat and food, protect shorelines, and create jobs.
